BIOGRAPHICAL NOTES:
Tracey Emin was born in London in 1963. She studied at the Maidstone College of Art and the Royal College of Art in London and from the 90’s has participated in many important exhi-bitions around the world. In 2007 Emin became a member of the Royal Academy of Arts and, in the same year, was selected to represent the United Kingdom at the Venice Biennale.
Emin’s art is well known for being closely tied to her own biography.
